I would like to thank PMD for their assistance, service as well as their commitment to providing peace of mind to their clients! I would also like to give the Claims Service Team Leader, Mpho Nkosi, a massive shout out. On the 23rd of September, I took my car to be repaired and, on the 20th of October I received it back. However, after about 2 weeks (this is an understandable time frame considering the circumstances) I received a call to advise me that the claim had been approved.

If you could imagine the anxiety this caused - I was fearful that due to the fact that I was new to PMD, they would not approve the claim. Need PMD upgrade for record etc Hello, I am a user of the plugin.
"I would like to take this time to give PMD a well-deserved review! Just some background, on the 1st of September, I had my new car and was with PMD insurance for only 2 weeks, when a motorcycle skipped a robot and T-boned the car. It was a difficult time but I appreciate all the considerable efforts that were made and I am happy to have my car back. So much good work has been done repairing my car. I must also add Ntombi Silawu, she was very helpful whenever I had a chance to talk to her. My sincere appreciation to someone by the name of Mathuma - it is her exemplary commitment to, and genuine value for, her clients that has restored my faith in the outstanding people in PMD. My biggest disappointment was its admin department. Nevertheless, I have to compliment and appreciate PMD for coming through for me - throughout the process, it was easy to get hold of their consultants, easy to claim, and immediately get a courtesy car although I had to return it back long before my car was repaired. The negative narratives I began hearing about them helped me to prepare to have to encounter challenges with them.
